Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Denmark, France, Croatia, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Portugal, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Croatia, Romania, Denmark, Czech Republic

Tiered: €9.99 (including VAT) per order for orders up to €49.99

€4.99 (including VAT) per order for orders between €50.00 and €99.99

Free shipping for orders of €100.00 or more

Switzerland Tiered:

€19.90 (including VAT) per order for orders up to €99.99

€9.99 (including VAT) per order for orders between €100.00 and €179.99

Free shipping for orders of €180.00 or more

France Tiered:

€4.99 (including VAT) per order for orders up to €99.99

Free shipping for orders of €100.00 or more

From an order value of €100.00, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of charge.

Delivery Periods

Unless otherwise specified in the offer, domestic delivery (Germany) takes place within 2–5 days; for deliveries abroad, within 2–5 days from conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, from the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or other public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the items together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time for the complete order will then correspond to that of the item with the longest delivery time.
