GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR COMPETITIONS
Conditions of participation
1. organizer Organizer of the competition is PURIZE® Filters.
2. participation
Participation in the competition is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.
Participation is subject to the conditions described in the respective competition. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, in particular using multiple email addresses or social media profiles, may result in exclusion from the competition.
Participation is only possible within the participation period specified in the competition. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. eligible participants
Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in the European Union are eligible to participate.
Employees of the organizer as well as persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and their relatives are excluded from participation.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for good cause, in particular in the event of
- breaches of these conditions of participation
- manipulation in connection with the competition
- false or misleading information
4. procedure and prize determination
The duration of the competition can be found in the respective competition details.
The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random draw among all eligible participants, unless otherwise stated in the competition.
If the competition includes a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the prize draw.
The winners will be notified promptly by email or via the respective platform.
5 Prizes and prize processing
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged, collected by the winner or paid out in cash.
The organizer shall bear any shipping costs incurred. Any additional costs and tax obligations shall be borne by the winner.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified of the prize, a new winner may be selected.
6 Premature termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to terminate or adjust the competition prematurely for important reasons, in particular if
- technical problems occur
- manipulations are detected
- proper implementation cannot be guaranteed
7. data protection
The organizer named in the legal notice is responsible for data processing.
The processing of personal data takes place exclusively for the execution and processing of the competition (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
The following data is processed as part of the competition
- Name
- e-mail address
- Address, if applicable
- Social media name, if applicable
The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to carry out the competition (e.g. shipping service provider).
The data will be deleted after completion of the competition, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.
Participants have the right to:
- Information (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
To exercise these rights, the participant can contact the organizer at any time.
If consent to the publication of the winner's name is obtained, this is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.

8 Liability
The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In the event of simple negligence, the organizer shall only be liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable damage.

The competition is in no way connected to and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by the following platforms:
- TikTok
The contact person and person responsible is exclusively the organizer.
10 Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the participant has his habitual residence remain unaffected.
11. severability clause
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
